摘　　要：结合6轴机器人和铝合金回转式热处理线的各自特点,从设计、编程、调试三个方面入手,在空间布置、工装设计、机器人运动特性、编程特性、调试流程等细节总结了相关经验和注意事项,为提高汽车用铝合金热处理设备的自动化程度提供实际可操作的经验,对回转热处理设备中机器人的应用优化提供参考。Based on the characteristics of 6-axis robots and aluminum alloy rotary heat treatment line. the relevant experiences and matters need attention in spatial arrangement, tooling design, robot kinematics. wogramming characteristics, and precautions are summarized from three aspects of design, programming and debugging, which to provides practical operational experience for improving the automation degree of automotive aluminum heat treatment equipment, and provides reference for the application optimization of the robot in rotary heat treatment equipment.
