改良电休克疗法联合选择性5-羟色胺再摄取抑制剂治疗中重度抑郁症患者的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察改良电休克疗法(MECT)联合选择性5-羟色胺再摄取抑制剂(SSRI)治疗中重度抑郁症患者的临床疗效及对社会功能的影响。方法纳入2016年6月至12月入院的100例抑郁症患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各50例,对照组予SSRI治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合MECT治疗,疗程均为4周。两组分别在治疗前、治疗2周和4周后行汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)和社会功能缺陷量表(SDSS)评定。结果与治疗前相比,治疗2周后,观察组HAMD评分已降低,观察组和对照组的SDSS评分均降低(P<0.01)。治疗4周后,与对照组相比,观察组HAMD评分和SDSS评分均降低(P<0.01)。结论 MECT联合SSRI治疗中重度抑郁症起效快,疗效显著,且可显著改善患者社会功能,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the efficacy and social function of modified electroconvulsive therapy（MECT） combined with selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors（SSRIs）in the treatment of medium-major depression disorder. Methods One hundred cases of the patients with depressive disorder were randomly assigned to observation group（n=50） and control group（n=50） from June 2016 to Dec 2016 in our hospital. The control group took SSRIs, the observation group took SSRIs combined with MECT for 4 weeks. Hamilton depression scale（HAMD） and social disability screening schedule（SSDS） were measured before and after 2 weeks, 4 weeks of treatment. Results Compared with before treatment, the HAMD score of observation group was decreased after 2 week treatment, and the SDSS scores of both two groups were decreased（P〈0.01）. After 4 week treatment, compared with the control group, HAMD and SDSS scores of the observation group were decreased（P〈0.01）. Conclusion MECT combined with SSRIs can make effect more rapidly and evidently, which can improve obviously social function of medium-major depression disorder.
