摘　　要：随着中国特色社会主义建设的不断发展，中国社会的主要矛盾已经转化为“人民日益增长的美好生活需要和不平衡不充分的发展之间的矛盾”。这一矛盾有多种化解方式，法治是其中不可或缺的方式之一。随着民主、自由、平等、公正、法治等社会主义核心价值观日益深入人心，公民表现出旺盛的法治需求，渴望通过法治获得更多的民主和自由，并希望权利受到伤害时，能够通过法治得到及时救济实现公平正义。现实中，由于法治发展的不平衡、不充分，使得自由、平等获得、权利实现及保障、公平正义的需求也不能够充分地实现。这要求我们认真研究法治发展的平衡与不平衡的问题，在对平衡的追求中实现对美好生活的追求。As socialism with Chinese characteristics contradiction facing Chinese society has has entered a new evolved. What we era, the principal now face is the contradiction between unbalanced and inadequate development and the people＇s ever-growing needs for a better life. There are many ways to resolve this contradiction, and the rule of law is one of them. In recent years, as democracy, freedom, equality, justice, rule of law and socialist core concept growing popularity, citizens show more demand of rule of law and eager to get more democracy and freedom by the rule of law. They hope that receive relief timely when the rights are harmed and implement fairness and justice through the rule of law. Due to the unbalanced and inadequate development of rule of law, the demand for freedom, equal access, realization of rights and guarantee of fairness and justice cannot be realized fully. This requires us to study the balance and imbalance of the rule of law carefully to realizing the pursuit of a better life in the pursuit of balance.
