摘 要:心房纤颤(AF)是一种常见的心律失常,发病率较高,心力衰竭、血栓栓塞等复杂事件的增加与AF有关连,AF使其发病率与死亡率增加。AF发病机制的研究离不开理想的动物模型,由于缺乏足够高质量数据的动物模型,其发病机制及治疗研究虽然受到限制,但AF发病机制在诸多方面也取得了一定进展。目前为止,国内外已建立了众多AF动物模型,其动物模型载体及建立方法各不相同,各种动物模型已被用于研究AF的病理生理学,包括分子基础、离子电流决定因素、解剖特征和宏观机制。Atrial fibrillation( AF) is a common arrhythmia with considerable morbidity,AF is associated with an increased incidence of heart failure and thromboembolism,and it would increase themorbidity and moriality. The study of the mechanisms of AF is inseparable from the ideal animal model.Due to the paucity of models that yield sufficiently high-quality data,there are limitations in studying mechanisms and therapy of AF. But in recent years,the mechanisms of AF have made some progress inmany aspects. So far at home and abroad,people have established a number of animal models of AF,theanimal model carrier and the establishment method are different. A variety of animal models have been used to study the patho-physiology of AF,including molecular basia,ion-current determinants,anatomical features and macroscopic mechanisms.
