内固定系统在口腔颌面外科手术中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的 分析内固定系统在口腔颌面外科手术中的临床应用效果.方法 按照抽签法选取接受口腔颌面外科手术治疗的患者80例.将采用坚强内固定系统治疗的40例患者纳入对照组,另40例选择可吸收内固定系统作为首选治疗方案的患者纳入研究组.对比两组临床效果、平均治疗时间及并发症发生率.结果 研究组总有效率为95.0％,对照组为75.0％,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.研究组并发症发生率为2.5％,对照组为20.0％,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.研究组平均治疗时间（3.31±0.65）个月,对照组为（4.85±0.92）个月,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 内固定系统运用于口腔颌面外科手术患者的临床治疗,能够显著提升治疗效果,缩短治疗时间,降低并发症发生率,值得临床推广使用.Objective To analyze the clinical application of internal fixation system in oral and maxillofacial surgery.Methods In accordance with the principle of sortition,80 patients who were going to receive oral and maxillofacial surgery were selected.Forty patients who were treated by strong internal fixation system were divided into control group,while the other 40 patients who selected absorbable internal fixation system as the preferred treatment were divided into study group.The clinical effect,average treatment time and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate was 95.00% in study group and 75.00% in control group,the difference was statistical significance （P 〈0.05）.The complication rate was 2.50% of study group and 20.00% of control group,the difference was statistical significance （P 〈 0.05）.The average treatment time of study group was （3.31 ± 0.65） months,and that of control group was （4.85 ± 0.92） months,the difference was statistical significance （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusions Internal fixation system used in the clinical treatment of patients with oral and maxillofacial surgery can significantly improve the curative effect,shorten the treatment time,reduce the incidence of complications,and is worthy of clinical application.
