心理弹性、社会支持对围绝经期女性心理困扰的影响

摘　　要：目的：探讨心理弹性及社会支持对围绝经期女性心理困扰的影响。方法：采用凯勒斯心理困扰量表（K10）、弹性量表简化版（CD-RISC10）和领悟社会支持量表（PSSS）对宜宾市第一人民医院妇科门诊就诊的360位围绝经期女性进行问卷调查。根据K10结果将360位围绝经期女性分为心理困扰组（n=169例）和无心理困扰组（n=191例）。比较两组心理弹性及社会支持得分;运用Pearson相关分析围绝经期女性心理困扰、心理弹性及社会支持三者之间的相关性;采用中介效应检验方法,对社会支持在心理弹性和心理困扰间的中介效应进行分析验证。结果：心理困扰组心理弹性评分、社会支持总分及各维度评分低于无心理困扰组（t=6.561,4.935,5.137,6.749;P〈0.05）;围绝经期女性心理困扰得分与心理弹性得分呈负相关（r=-0.876,P〈0.05）;围绝经期女性心理困扰得分与社会支持总分及各维度得分均呈负相关（r=-0.825,-0.873,-0.624,-0.593;P〈0.05）;心理弹性评分与社会支持总分及各维度评分呈正相关（r=0.802,0.893,0.765,0.618;P〈0.05）;社会支持中介心理弹性与心理困扰的关系,当社会支持进入回归方程时,心理弹性对心理困扰的预测效应从0.302降为0.223,中介效应为25.86%。结论：心理弹性、社会支持是围绝经期女性心理困扰的重要心理社会保护因素,心理弹性既可直接影响其心理困扰程度,也可通过社会支持对其产生间接影响。Objective：To explore the influence of psychological resilience and social support on female psychological distress in perimenopausal period.Methods：Using 10-item Kessler Psychological Distress Scale,10-item GonnorDavidson Resilience Scale and Perceived Social Support Scale we conducted a questionnaire survey of 360 perimenopausal women in the gynecology clinic of Yibin First People＇s Hospital.According to the K10 results,360 perimenopausal women were divided into psychological distress group（n=169 cases）and no psychological distress group（n=191 cases）.The scores of psychological resilience and social support were compared between the two groups.Using Pearson correlation,we analysed the correlation between the psychological distress,psychological resilience and social support of perimenopausal women.The mediating effect of social support on resilience and psychological distress was analyzed by mediating effect test.Results：The scores of psychological resilience,social support and the scores of each dimension in the psychological distress group were lower than those in the no mental distress group（t=6.561,4.935,5.137,6.749;P〈0.05）;The psychological distress scores of perimenopausal women were negatively correlated with psychological resilience score（r=-0.876,P〈0.05）;The psychological distress scores of perimenopausal women were negatively correlated with social support total score and each dimension score respectively（r=-0.825,-0.873,-0.624,-0.593;P〈0.05）;The psychological resilience score was positively related to the total score of social support and the scores of each dimension（r=0.802,0.893,0.765,0.618;P〈0.05）;Social support mediated the relationship between psychological resilience and psychological distress.When social support entered the regression equation,the predictive effect of resilience on psychological distress decreased from 0.302 to 0.223,and the mediating effect was 25.86%.Conclusion：The psychological resilience and social support are important psychologica
