摘　　要：以神华乌海能源公司煤炭去产能为例,对煤炭企业去产能中职工安置进行了综述,引入职工安置的SWOT分析模型,对神华乌海能源公司职工安置工作进行深入的分析,找出了存在的问题,其研究成果具有较强的理论价值和现实意义,对更好的发挥政府作用和国有煤炭企业做好职工安置工作具有很强的借鉴意义。Based on the coal de-capacity of Shenhua Wuhai Energy Company as an example,the paper summarized the staff resettlement in the de-capacity of the coal enterprises and a SWOT analysis model of the staff resettlement was introduced. A detail analysis was conducted on the staff resettlement work of Shenhua Wuhai Energy Company and the problems existed were found. The study results would have a strong theoretical value and practice significances and would have strong guide references to play the Government role and to make a well staff resettlement of the state owned coal enterprises.
