摘　　要：常用抗精神病药物多有导致患者发生高泌乳素血症的风险，是抗精神病药物治疗过程中需要重视的不良反应之一。文章对抗精神病药物所致高泌乳素血症的发病机制、临床症状及治疗策略的相关研究进展进行综述。During the treatment of psychotic disorders it should be aware that many commonly used antipsychotic drugs have the risk of inducing hyperprolactinemia. This review focuses on the pathogenesis, clinical symptoms and treatment strategy of the antipsychotic drug-induced hyperprolactinemia.
