摘  要:目的检测新型等离子喷涂氧化锆涂层钛种植体的骨整合能力,为其进一步临床应用提供参考。 方法采用等离子喷涂的方法在光滑圆柱形纯钛种植体表面制备氧化锆涂层,并检测其表面形态、粗糙度及表面接触角。将纯钛种植体(对照组)、氧化锆涂层钛种植体(涂层组)分别植入兔胫骨近骨骺端,术后2、4、8、12周分别取材(每组每个时间点17只兔,共68只),通过推出实验、扫描电镜、显微CT及硬组织切片的方法检测种植体的骨结合水平,并计算骨-种植体结合率(bone-implant contact,BIC)。 结果相比纯钛种植体(74.4°±3.6°),氧化锆涂层种植体的表面接触角(54.6°±1.8°)更小,扫描电镜下可见氧化锆涂层种植体表面有次微米级别及纳米级别孔隙。术后12周涂层组和对照组的推出力值分别为(64.9±3.0)和(50.4±2.9)N,BIC分别为(54.7±3.6)%和(41.5±3.6)%,两组差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。 结论氧化锆涂层钛种植体表面更适于成骨,且比表面光滑的纯钛种植体展现出更好的成骨能力,尤其在成骨早期阶段。ObjectiveTo investigate the osseointegration of a novel coating-plasma-sprayed zirconia in dental implant. MethodsZirconia coating on non-thread titanium implant was prepared using plasma spraying, the implant surface morphology, surface roughness and wettability were measured. In vivo, zirconia coated implants were inserted in rabbit tibia and animals were respectively sacrificed at 2, 4, 8 and 12 weeks after implantation. The bond strength between implant and bone was measured by push-out test. The osseointegration was observed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), micro CT and histological analyses. Quantified parameters including removal torque, and bone-implant contact (BIC) percentage were calculated. ResultsThe surface roughness (1.6 μm) and wettability (54.6°) of zirconia coated implant was more suitable than those of titanium implant (0.6 μm and 74.4°) for osseointegration. At 12 weeks, the push-out value of zirconia coated implant and titanium implant were (64.9±3.0) and (50.4±2.9) N, and BIC value of these two groups were (54.7±3.6)% and (41.5±3.6)%. All these differences had statistical significance. ConclusionsThe surface characters of zirconia coated implant were more suitable for osseointegration and present better osseointegration than smooth titanium implant in vivo, especially at early stage.
