摘　　要：战争与和平是国际政治的核心议题。对于如何消弭战争、如何化育和平,现代学者提出过诸多方案,而中国古代先人在这一议题上也留下过宝贵的思想遗产。在先秦时代,《鬼谷子》以及它代表的战国纵横派不仅提供了关于战争与和平的谋略之学,而且更提供了先秦智者关于人性与人生的哲学思考。在国际政治分析的个体-国家-国际三个层次上,《鬼谷子》都有广泛的应用,提供了关于士之策、君之治、国之交的许多智慧。在追求和平的冲突解决问题上,鬼谷智慧具有极高的谋略与战略价值,与现代均势战略、联盟战略、谈判战略都有不同程度的契合。《鬼谷子》为现代人思考战争与和平问题提供了历史先鉴,鬼谷智慧有大战略思维,崇尚战略制胜论,对武力持审慎态度;它有深邃的人文反思精神,对人性与人生有着执着的关怀;它阐发了追求天下太平的本愿,与现代社会的"永久和平"理想遥相呼应。War and peace are the core issue in the international politics. As far as how to end wars and promote peace, the contemporary scholars have put forward many suggestions. With regard to this issue, the ancient Chinese people have left over treasured thinking legacies. In the pre-Qin era, Gui Gu Zi and the Zongheng school it represented during the Warring States period not only provided the stratagem concerning war and peace, but also provides the philosophical thinking about human nature and life initiated by sages during the pre-Qin era. On three levels of the international analysis, including individuals, state and international, Gui Gu Zi has extensive applications and provides a lot of wisdom concerning advisor＇ s suggestions, king＇ s administration and diplomacy between States. As far as the issues concerning pursuing peace and settling the conflicts, the Gui Gu wisdom has high value of stratagems and strategies, which tallies with the contemporary evenly matching strategy, allying strategy and negotiating strategy to some degrees. Gui Gu Zi provides historical references for the contemporary people to think about the issues concerning war and peace. Gui Gu wisdom has the large strategic thinking, advocates the theory of winning victories with strategies and holds a prudential attitude to military force. It has profound recollection spirit concerning human culture and has stubborn care about human nature and life. It interprets the wish of pursuing world peace and corresponds to the wish of ＂eternal peace＂ of the contemporary society.
