摘　　要：能力本位医学教育在过去50年的推广中因培训课程的不标准应用并没有达到预想效果。通过分析历史经验教训,人们认识到此教育模式的缺陷,且只有改革和创新才能实现能力本位医学教育的提升。Competency-based medical education has not achieved the desired results because of the non-standard application of training courses over the past 50 years. From lessons of the past years, we had recognized the defects of this educational mode and understood only reform and innovation can achieve the improvement of competency-based medical teaching.
