摘　　要：本文通过构建市场竞争环境、内部控制对社会资本投资的作用框架,利用2013年至2015年沪深A股上市公司的数据,研究社会资本投资过度的原因。得出结论:市场竞争环境越差的地区,社会资本投资额度越大,内部控制质量越高,社会资本投资额越少。另外,内部控制会扩大市场竞争环境对社会资本投资的抑制效应。研究结果为企业今后提升内部控制质量,避免社会资本过度投资提供了一定依据与参考。The framework of market competition environment and internal control on social capital investment is constructed. Based on the data of Shanghai-Shenzhen A-share listed companies from 2013 to 2015, the author studies the reasons o{ excessive social capital investment. The conclusion is that the worse the market competition environment, the greater the investment amount of social capital, the higher the quality of internal control and the less social capital investment. In addition, internal control will increase the market competition environment to inhibit the social capital investment. The results provide some evidence and references for enterprises to improve the quality of internal control in the future and avoid over-investment in social capital.
