摘  要:校企合作作为减缓就业压力、提高人才培养质量的共赢育人模式,在将高校人才培育与企业需求对接方面具有重要意义。基于目前高校校企合作现状与存在问题,"3521"校企合作育人体系充分认识学校、学生、企业三主体的利益诉求,打造多样的校企合作平台,通过"三上三下"的合作机制,五种校企合作模式,着重培养学生的实践动手、就业核心竞争力以及社会适应、创新创业两方面能力,真正培养出"懂管理、勤思考、善沟通、懂应变"的专业技术人才。School-Enterprise cooperation win-win as an ease of the employment pressure,improving the quality of talent education mode in the aspect of college talent cultivation and enterprise demand docking is of great significance.Based on the current status and existing problems of school-enterprise cooperation among universities,"3521"schoolenterprise cooperation system realizes three main body of the school,the students,the enterprise benefit demands,create diverse school-enterprise cooperation platform,through the "three on three"cooperation mechanism,five modes of school-enterprise,focus on cultivating the students' practical,employment core competitiveness and social adaptation,innovation,entrepreneurial ability,both real produce "understand management,diligent thinking,good communication,understand strain"of professional and technical personnel.
