摘 要:高等学校在人才引进过程中既面临难得的机遇,又遭遇严峻的挑战,人才引进存在诸多现实问题。研究以沈阳农业大学人才建设实践为案例,探讨新形势下高校人才队伍建设的创新思路:发挥学校党委领导核心作用,科学进行顶层设计,引育并举,突出抓好高端领军人才和优秀青年博士队伍建设;人才引进实行校院双重考核,严把人才质量关;加大投入力度,确保人才引进保障有力;建立优质快捷"绿色通道",为人才引进提供"一站式"服务;加大人才引进后续支持力度。While institutions of higher education are meeting with hard-won opportunities in the process of attracting and introducing talents,they are still facing tough challenges with many realistic problems emerging from talent introduction. The paper,with the perspective of talent development at Shenyang Agricultural University,studied and explored the innovative paths for current talent development in institutions of higher education. First,universities' CPC party committees should play the core leadership role to make scientific top-level design which integrates development of talent introduction and talent cultivation and gives priority to the development of high-level leading talents and the outstanding young doctorate holders. Second,a university-college double assessment should be carried out in the talent introduction to better guarantee the quality of the talents. Third,efforts should be made in investment to ensure adequate support for talent introduction. Fourth,a high quality and efficient"Green Channel"should be set up to offer the"one-stop"service in the process of talent introduction. Fifth,work should be well done to ensure continuous support to talents after their introduction.
