基于公信力视域的大型体育竞赛活动赛场秩序评价体系构建

摘　　要：赛场秩序是文明社会的重要窗口,由比赛相关人员、比赛环境和场馆设施建设3个因素决定,最重要的是现场观众的文明素养。公信力是社会文明的重要前提,是体育竞赛的本质表现,公信力恰恰与体育竞赛的公正直接相关。然而,体育异化现象导致体育竞赛的公信度下降,公信力也受到严重影响和破坏。从公信力视域审视体育赛场,运用文献资料法、访谈法和德尔菲法对赛场秩序的影响因素进行分析,准确选定一级指标3个、二级指标9个和三级指标28个,建构赛场秩序评价指标体系,运用层次分析法计算各级指标合成权重后排序,并对其进行科学检验。通过分析赛场秩序评价体系各级指标,为体育赛场秩序文明与持续发展提供理论参考。Match order is an important window of civilization society. The match order is determined by three factors：the game personnel,the competition envi-ronment and the construction of venues. Social justice and sports competition is just directly related to justice. If we do not play by the rules,we ruin the spirit ofthe game,lost the fans,and worsen the social credibility. This paper used the literature review method,the interview method and the Delphi method to estab-lish evaluation system of sports match order,which was composed of 3 first level indexes,9 secondary indexes,and 28 third level indexes. Through the analysisof the evaluation system at all levels of indexes,the paper puts forward maintenance strategy,with a view to promote sports sustainable development.
