摘 要:目的探讨浸润式B超引导下A超分段声速与浸润式A超分段声速在白内障患者眼轴长度生物测量中结果的一致性。方法随机抽取天津市眼科医院2014年4月1日-5月1日收治的白内障患者60例(60只眼)为研究对象,所有患者均分别进行浸润式B超引导下A超分段声速生物测量及浸润式A超分段声速生物测量,比较两种测量方式的眼轴长度。结果浸润式A超分段声速生物测量患眼眼轴长度平均为(24.20±2.06)mm,浸润式B超引导下A超分段声速生物测量患眼眼轴长度平均为(24.19±2.06)mm,差异无统计学意义(t=-0.675,P>0.05)。结论浸润式B超引导下A超分段声速生物测量与浸润式A超分段声速生物测量有着相同的安全性和准确性,而前者为实时二维图像,具有更好的可重复性,可以更好地显示待测眼内各组织的形态及位置关系,确保白内障患眼眼轴长度的准确测量。Objective To investigate the consistency of ocular axis length biometry in cataractous eyes between A-ultrasound segmented sound velocity biometry guided by immersion B-ultrasound and immersion A-ultrasound segmented sound velocity biometry. Methods 60 cataract cases(60 eyes) were randomly selected from April 1 st 2014 to May 1 st 2014 in Tianjin Eye Hospital,and all cases were given A-ultrasound segmented sound velocity biometry guided by immersion B-ultrasound and immersion A-ultrasound segmented sound velocity biometry. The axis lengths between two methods were compared.Results The ocular axis average length by A-ultrasound segmented sound velocity biometry guided by immersion B-ultrasound was(24.20±2.06) mm,the ocular axis average length by immersion A-ultrasound segmented sound velocity biometry was(24.19±2.06) mm,there was no statistical significance in the difference between them(t=-0.675,P〉0. 05). Conclusion There were both safey and accuracy between Aultrasound segmented sound velocity biometry guided by immersion B-ultrasound and immersion A-ultrasound segmented sound velocity biometry. The former was real-time two-dimensional image with better repeatability,which could show the relationship of morphology and position in ocular tissues clearly,to ensure the accurate measurement of axial length in cataractous eye.
