摘　　要：本文将实施互联网商业模式视为企业一种战略行为,通过年报资料构建了反映上市公司实施互联网商业模式的指数,在此基础上,实证检验内部控制质量对上市公司实施互联网商业模式的影响。研究发现:内部控制质量会显著影响上市公司战略行为,具体来说,随着内控质量的提升,上市公司实施互联网商业模式的概率也显著提升。进一步的研究表明,内部控制是通过内部环境、内部监督和盈余质量这几个中介变量,间接地影响公司实施互联网商业模式的战略。This paper regards Internet business model as a strategic behavior of enterprises, and constructs indexes to reflect the Internet business model of the listed companies through the annual reports data. Based on this, we investigate the effect of internal control quality on the Internet business model. The resuhs show that internal control quality is positively related to the Internet business model. Specifically, with the improvement of internal control quality, the probability of listed companies to implement the Internet business model is also significantly improved. Further research indicates that internal control can indirectly affect the enterprises＇ Internal business model strategy through internal environment, internal supervision and earnings quali- ty.
