摘 要:目的:分析Ceramage和IPS e.max Press材料对对颌天然牙釉质的磨损情况。方法:收集近3个月内拔除完整的上颌第一磨牙10颗和上颌第三磨牙20颗。将第一磨牙随机分为Ceramage组和IPS e.max Press组,按I类洞嵌体预备,以相应材料制作嵌体并粘固;其嵌体边缘牙釉质作为对照组。同时标准化预备第三磨牙腭尖作为对颌釉质。自制咀嚼磨损测试机于20 N加载力下循环2×10~5次,采用Kavo PREPassistant扫描系统测量并分析对颌牙及对照组釉质磨损量。结果:IPS e.max Press组(438.70±56.47)μm对颌釉质的磨损量大于对照组釉质(217.00±25.10)μm,两组之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Ceramage组对颌釉质(189.10±22.16)μm与对照组(206.60±49.17)μm釉质磨损量之间差异无统计学意义。结论:Ceramage瓷聚体对对颌牙釉质磨损较小;IPS e.max Press可导致对颌牙过度磨损。Objective:The purpose of this study was to investigate and compare the wear of the antagonistic enamel when the inlays fabricated with ceramage and IPS e.max Press.Methods:Twenty class I cavities were prepared in approximal flattened extracted human maxillary first molars,and divided randomly into two groups and then restored with Ceramage and IPS e.max Press inlays respectively.Inlays were prepared and cemented with Varolink N.Normal enamel outside the inlay was defined as the controlled group.Non-wear extracted maxillary third molars were used as antagonistic enamel cusps after standardized prepared.After the self-made wear-testing device concluded 200,000 cycles under a load of 20 N,the wear depth of antagonistic enamel cusps compared with normal enamel was assessed by Kavo PREPassistant.Results:The depths of wear in Ceramage group antagonistic enamel wear was(189.10 ± 22.16)μm,while normal enamel was(206.60 ±49.17)μm.In IPS e.max Press group,the wear of the antagonistic enamel wear was(438.70 ± 56.47)μm,while normal enamel was(217.00 ± 25.10)μm.Considering the wear of the antagonistic enamel,in Ceramage group the antagonistic en-amel had the similar wear with normal enamel(P〉0.05),while in IPS e.max Press group it showed much more wear than normal enamel(P〈0.05).Conclusion:Ceramage shows lower wear of the antagonistic enamel,while IPS e.max Press may lead to over abrasive of the antagonistic enamel.
