摘　　要：目的:探讨miR-155、miR-21在黏膜相关淋巴样组织结外边缘区淋巴瘤(MALT)组织和细胞中的表达及其对人MALT淋巴瘤细胞增殖和凋亡的影响。方法:qPCR检测比较MALT淋巴瘤组织和瘤旁组织miR-155、miR-21表达量,然后在人MALT淋巴瘤细胞中分别转染miR-155mimic/mimic NC及miR-21mimic/mimic NC,qPCR验证转染是否成功,CCK8法测各组细胞增殖情况,流式细胞术测细胞凋亡情况。结果:MALT淋巴瘤组织中miR-155、miR-21表达较瘤旁组织明显上调,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在模拟物转染组细胞增殖较对照组明显增加,而凋亡率明显下调(均P<0.05)。结论:上调的miR-155、miR-21与MALT淋巴瘤的发生、发展具有相关性,对MALT淋巴瘤的诊断及治疗具有重要意义。Objective：To investigate the expression of miR-155 and miR-21 in tissue and cell from extranodal marginal zone lymphoma of mucosa associated lymphoid tissue（MALT）,and to explore their effects on the proliferation and apoptosis of human MALT lymphoma cells.Method：miR-155 and miR-21 expression in MALT lymphoma tissues and tumor-adjacent tissues were detected by qPCR.miR-155 mimic/mimic NC and miR-21 mimic/mimic NC were transfected into human MALT lymphoma cells,respectively.The effectivity of transfection was verified by qPCR.CCK8 method was administrated to measure the proliferation of cells in each group and flow cytometry was used to measure cell apoptosis.Result：The expressions of miR-155 and miR-21 in MALT lymphoma tissues were significantly up-regulated compared with that in tumor-adjacent tissues（P〈0.05）.The proliferation of cells in mimic group was significantly increased,while the apoptosis rate was significantly decreased（both P〈0.05）.Conclusion：miR-155 and miR-21 up-regulation are related to the occurrence and development of MALT lymphoma,and play an important role in the diagnosis and treatment of MALT lymphoma.
