摘　　要：目的调查云南省急救中心急救医生心肺复苏的行为习惯，发现急救医生在心肺复苏实践过程中存在的问题。方法2016年10月，对云南省急救中心65名急救医生进行问卷调查。结果有效问卷65份，其中42％和3l％的参与者习惯在患者抽搐和濒死喘息时触摸颈动脉，判断心脏骤停后51％的参与者立即开始按压。25％和27％的参与者习惯2min轮换按压和使用主动按压-放松装置，88％的参与者不清楚何时可以避免中断按压。只有42％的参与者知道如何判断通气量，93％的参与者认为他们的团队通气频率过快。55％的参与者预估患者心脏骤停后习惯携带除颤仪到现场，57％和65％的参与者习惯除颤后立即按压和使用导电糊涂抹电极板。40％的参与者在无脉性电活动时用肾上腺素，74％的参与者在有脉的心动过缓时首选阿托品，82％的参与者在心室停搏时用药不规范。结论云南省急救中心急救医生心肺复苏的行为习惯不够规范，急需针对性培训规范心肺复苏的操作细节。Objective To assess physicians＇ practice of cardiopulmonary resuscitation （CPR） in the emergency center of Yunnan province. Methods A self-reported questionnaire which focused on the practice of CPR was administered to 65 physicians. Results 42% and 31% of participants always check the carotid artery when the patients get convulsions and only gasps, and 51% begin compressions immediately after perception of cardiac arrest（CA）. 25% of participants usually rotate compressors per 2 min, and 88% usually confuse on when to interrupt compressions. 42% of participants know how to judge the volume of＂ ventilation, and 93% reckon their team always ventilate too fast. Only 55% of participants often take the defibrillator to the CA scene, and 57% start compressions immediately after defibrillation. There are 57% of participants give atropine on PEA, the proportion is higher than adrenaline（40%）. 82% of participants delivery not only adrenaline on asystole. Conclusion There are many problem on CPR practice, and it is necessary to be amended by targeted training.
