骨肉瘤组织XIAP蛋白表达临床意义的研究

摘　　要：目的综合分析骨肉瘤组织X连锁凋亡抑制蛋白(XIAP)表达的临床意义,深入研究骨肉瘤发生和发展相关作用。方法 28例骨肉瘤组织标本作为实验组,28例正常骨组织作为对照组。两组均采用免疫组织化学SP染色法。比较两组XIAP蛋白阳性表达情况,观察XIAP蛋白阳性表达与骨肉瘤组织患者临床参数关系。结果实验组XIAP蛋白阳性表达率为64.29%,对照组XIAP蛋白阳性表达率为0,实验组XIAP蛋白阳性表达率显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。XIAP蛋白高表达与XIAP蛋白低表达患者性别、年龄比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);XIAP蛋白高表达与XIAP蛋白低表达患者病理分型和临床分期比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论骨肉瘤组织XIAP蛋白呈现高表达,对骨肉瘤患者的预后具有参考价值。Objective To comprehensively analyze the clinical significance of X-linked inhibitor of apoptosis protein（XIAP） expression in osteosarcoma tissue, and further study the related role of occurrence and development. Methods There were 28 osteosarcoma tissue as experimental group, and 28 normal bone tissue as control group. Immunohistochemistry SP staining was used in both groups. The positive expression of XIAP protein in two groups was compared, and the relationship between the positive expression of XIAP and the clinical parameters of osteosarcoma tissue patients was observed. Results The experimental group had positive expression of XIAP as 64.29%, which was 0 in the control group. The control group had obviously higher positive expression of XIAP than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. There was no statistically significant difference in gender and age between high and low expression of XIAP patients（P〉0.05）. There was no statistically significant difference in pathological classification and clinical staging between high and low expression of XIAP patients（P〉0.05）. Conclusion The high expression of XIAP in osteosarcoma tissue is of reference value for the prognosis of osteosarcoma patients.
