台湾高校健康管理专业建设现状及启示

摘　　要：[目的]对台湾地区已设立健康管理专业的部分高校进行调研,为大陆高校健康管理专业设置和人才培养提供参考。[方法]本研究采取立意抽样方法选取4所高校(台湾大学、长庚大学、义守大学、开南大学),并使用文献法、案例比较研究等方法,归纳、比较台湾高校在健康管理专业的设置宗旨、人才培养目标及课程体系的共性及差异。[结果]共性:台湾各高校均强调医学人文关怀与全球化国际视野,具备外语沟通和团队合作等基础素质以及将理论实践运用的能力,课程体系均包含管理类课程、医学基础类课程、公共卫生类3大类课程;差异:在宗旨和人才定位方面,台湾大学、长庚大学(领袖型人才、专家型人才)、义守大学、开南大学(应用性人才);在课程体系和特色领域设置方面,台湾大学(健康政策评析、健康行为、品质管理与患者安全管理等),长庚大学(长期照护、医务管理等),义守大学(健康促进等),开南大学(养生保健等)。[结论]台湾地区各高校在健康管理专业建设方面既有共性、也有差异,提示在健康管理学科建设及专业设置时,既须坚持共性,明确设置宗旨、人才培养定位、保留基础核心课程;又可各具特色,综合考虑结合自身现有资源、学术特色、人才优势及与当地产业的融合度,努力建设有特色、有优势、有潜力的健康管理专业及领域,从而积极推动大陆健康管理专业设置、人才培养工作的科学发展。[Objective] This study aimed to provide reference for the construction and development of health management major in mainland universities based on the research in the universities which have set up health management major in Taiwan. [Methods] The purposive sampling method was adopted in the research by selecting 4 universities（Taiwan University, Chang Gung University, Yi Shou University, South University）, and literature review and case comparison were also used in the deduction and comparison of the similarities and differences in the aims of major set-up, the targets of talents, curriculum system and so on. [Results] Some similarities were found in the stress on the cultivation of medical humanities and global views as well as some skills in the communication by foreign languages, cooperation and application of theories into practice. The curriculum system includes management courses, basic medical courses and courses of public health. Differences were found in the aims and targets for the talents, for instance, Taiwan University, Chang Gung University aim to bring up leaders and experts; Yi Shou University, South University target at practical talents. In terms of curriculum system and specialties with distinctive features, Taiwan University stresses on health policy analysis, health behavior, quality management and patient safety management; Chang Gung University lays more emphasis on LTC, medical management; Yi Shou University attaches importance to health promotion; South University stresses health care. [Conclusion] The similarities and differences in the construction of health management major in Taiwan region provide some implications in the build-up of health management in mainland universities. On one hand, to adhere to the consistence in the pedagogic principles, targets of talents and the setup of basic core courses.
