摘　　要：以体育终身思想和健康体育为主线 ,根据 2 1世纪人才结构和素质教育理论研究我国普通高校体育健身教学模式。通过对国、内外有关教学模式的研究 ,在前人研究的基础上 ,结合我国普通高校的实际情况 ,归纳、总结出———多维选择体育教学模式。Taking ideal of life long sports and health,physical as focal point,average collges and universities sports education model is researched, according to twenty first structure of intellectual and theory of fibre educate. Through relevant education model at home and abroad and the former reseached, combine reality deduce to a new education model of "various choise",which has been feaching and studying for three years. Practical experience has a further development for sports education model.
