高邮中学开设“体育专项选修课”介绍

摘　　要：在对高邮中学 2年来开设“体育专项选修课”的实施情况进行调查研究后 ,发现在中学开设“体育专项选修课”有三大益处 :①增强了学生体育意识 ,为从事终身体育奠定了基础 ;②培养了学生的自我体育锻炼能力 ,身体素质水平明显提高 ;③促进体育教师基本素质和业务水平的提高。同时还对为什么要开设“体育专项选修课”、怎样开设“体育专项选修课”以及开设“体育专项选修课”所出现的问题进行了讨论。Investigating and researching the practice of' PE Special Item Optional Subject' in Gaoyou Middle School during the recent two years,authors find that setting up 'PE Special Item Optional Subject' has three advantages:①to enhance the students' sport idea in order to lay a foundation of their engaging in the future lifelong PE ② to foster the students' physical self training ability and improve their physical constitutions.③to promote raising the basic qualities and professional level of PE teachers. This article also describes why to set up 'PE Special Item Optional Subject',how to carry out this subject and the questions caused by setting up this subject.
