黑龙江省儿童营养包监测质量评价

摘　　要：目的对黑龙江省儿童营养改善项目发放的儿童营养包质量进行监测,为科学评价儿童营养改善工作提供依据。方法采集省内发放的所有营养包品牌及主要批次,按照GB22570-2014要求对营养学指标维生素A、维生素D、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B12、叶酸、铁、钙、锌和蛋白质及污染物指标铅、总砷、黄曲霉毒素B1、菌落总数、大肠菌群和脲酶活性进行检测。结果监测的营养包主要营养学指标中维生素D、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B12、叶酸、铁、钙、锌和蛋白质及污染物指标铅、总砷、黄曲霉毒素B1、菌落总数、大肠菌群和脲酶活性基本符合GB22570-2014要求,但由于食用方法说明未按照GB22570-2014要求进行月龄推荐量标示,所以有9份样品维生素A超出6~12月龄标准,超标率为90%;有6份样品钙超出6~12月龄标准,超标率为60%。结论监测的营养包产品对6~12月龄婴儿存在安全隐患,需要加强产品使用标识监管。Objective To monitor the quality of infantile complementary package in Heilongjiang province and provide the basis for scientific evaluation of children＇s nutrition improvement. Methods Infantile complementary food packages covered all granted and main batches were collected,in which main nutrition（ VA,VD,VB1,VB2,VB12,folic acid,iron,calcium,zinc and protein） and pollutants indicators（ lead,total arsenic,Aflatoxin B1,total bacterial count,MPN and urease activity）were detected with GB22570-2014. Results Main nutrition indicators（ vitamin D,vitamin B1,vitamin B2,vitamin B12,folic acid,iron,calcium,zinc） and pollutants（ lead,total arsenic,aflatoxin B1,colony count,coliform group and urease activity） accorded with requirement of GB22570-2014,However,because the method of eating instructions did not mark the recommended age of months according to the requirements of GB22570-2014,9 samples of vitamin A exceeded the standard of6-12 months old,with an exceeding standard rate of 90%; there were 6 samples of calcium beyond the standard of 6-12 months,the rate of exceeding the standard was 60%. Conclusion There is a safety hazard for 6 to 12 months baby,which need to be supervised constantly.
