我国发动机再制造供应链结构与成员决策研究

摘　　要：基于我国重卡发动机再制造市场特征，给出汽车生产商绝对主导下，零部件OEM和零部件再制造商为供应商的再制造供应链，再制造产品需求只来自于售后服务市场。构建三阶段动态博弈模型对成员决策进行逆推归纳分析；基于某重卡发动机再制造供应链实际数据，通过数值仿真，研究了再制造产品顾客接受度对OEM和再制造商决策的影响。结果表明：成员决策间影响程度与成员在市场上的地位正相关；两类产品相关的参数对决策影响，以及决策间影响方面，同类之间影响大于一类对另一类的影响；顾客对再制造产品接受度是影响两类产品之间竞争的激烈程度的主要因素。Based on the market characteristics of heavy truck engine remanufacturing in China, remanufacturing supply chain were given on condition that vehicle manufacturer dominates and OEM and remanufacturer follow as supplier. The remanufactured product＇s demand only comes from after-sales market. A three stage dynamic game model was constructed to do inverse induction analysis of membersr decision making. Based on the actual data of heavy truck engine remanufacturing supply chain,the influences of remanufactured product＇s customer acceptance to decision making of OEM and remanufacturer were studied based on numerical simulation. The results show that the decision-making influence degree between supply chain members is positive correlated with their market status. The influences of parameters and decisions for the decisions related to same kind of product are greater than that of different kind of product. The remanufactured product＇s customer acceptance is the main factor to influence the competition between the new and remanufactured products.
