摘　　要："中国式管理"有广狭二义:广义者属于文化范畴,狭义者属于科学文化范畴。在文化哲学中,中国式管理是指通贯于中华民族发展史各个时代的普遍管理模式。探求中国式管理的文化哲学研究,本质上是为了求得符合人类永续发展目标的合理管理模式,是运用辩证思维方法来进行的一种管理文化创新的过程。在历史意义上,或多或少一贯主张有效地节制社会物质生活需求的儒家管理思想反映出中国式管理的本质特征:为了达到全体组织成员都有合理的物质生活需求所进行的价值管理。"Chinese style managem ent"has broad and narrow two meanings: the broad sense belongs to the cultural category,and the narrow sense belongs to the category of science and culture.In the philosophy of culture,Chinese style managem ent refers to the universal mode of managem ent through all the times of the history of the Chinese nation. A study of the cultural philosophy of Chinese style managem ent is essentially to get a reasonable managem ent model that is in line with the goal of sustainable development of human beings. It is a management culture innovation process carried out by dialectical thinking. In the historical sense,Confucian managem ent thought that more or less consistently advocated the effective control of social material life reflects the essential characteristics of Chinese style management: Value management for all members of the group to have a reasonabledem and for material life.
