摘　　要：为提高竞争力、降低转型成本,企业希望尽可能利用现有产品结构结合服务来快速构建产品服务系统,因此提出从产品到产品服务系统的演化设计方法。通过构建顾客价值驱动的产品服务系统模型,将顾客价值映射为性能需求,分析了现有产品的功能与结构,并以功能和质量为载体进行产品结构与性能的交互映射,形成了现有产品结构与顾客性能需求的匹配关系,最大化利用现有产品结构建立起符合顾客需求的产品服务系统。以移动式细水雾灭火系统的快速构建为例,验证了所提方法的有效性。To improve the competition and reduce the transformation cost,a set of design methods to quickly construct Product Service Systems（PSS）based on existing manufactured products according to customers＇requirements was put forward.Through constructing PSS model driven by customers＇value,the customers＇value was interpreted as customers＇performance demands for products.The varieties of existing products should be categorized according to qualities and functions,thus the matching relations between the existing product structure and customers＇performance demands was formed.As a result,PSS accorded with customers＇requirements was constructed with maximum utilization of the existing product structure.The quick construction of mobile water mist fire extinguishing system was applied to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
