摘 要:采用FLUNT软件对旋风分离器气固两相流进行数值模拟,应用雷诺应力模型和欧拉-欧拉模型对冷态下磷石膏在旋风筒中的浓度分布进行了研究,模拟结果与实验结果对比,有较好的吻合,说明模拟结果有较好的预报精度。模拟分别考察了风速、固气比和排料口直径对分离效率和截面浓度分布影响。模拟结果表明:增大风速,对于分离效率和径向上浓度分布影响较小;固气比增大分离效率提高,且颗粒浓度增大;排料口直径对分离效率和截面2的浓度分布影响明显。优化操作条件为:旋风筒下料口直径为50 mm,风速17 m/s、固气比2.25 kg/m^3,此时分离效率达94.2%。FLUNT software was used to simulate the gas-solid two-phase flow in a cyclone separator. Phosphogypsum particles concentration distribution and separation efficiency in a cyclone separator of cold state were studied by using the Reynolds stress model and the Euler-Euler model. The simulation results were in agreement with the experimental results, demonstrating that the simulation results had good prediction accuracy. The effects of velocity, solid-gas ratio and outlet diameter on separation efficiency and section concentration distribution were investigated. The results showed the increase of velocity had little effect on separation efficiency and radial concentration distribution. Both separation efficiency and particle concentration increased as the solid-gas ratio rose. The outlet diameter also had influences on separation efficiency and concentration distribution of section 2. The simulation calculation confirms that the separation efficiency is 94.2% at outlet diameter of 50 mm, velocity of 17 m/s and solid-gas ratio of 2.25 kg/m3.
