摘 要:目的:比较血液神经递质在脾不统血证的不同疾病中表达差异,探讨脾主统血理论的物质基础。方法:抽取符合纳入标准的ITP、功能失调性子宫出血、消化道肿瘤患者,并选择健康人为对照,分别空腹抽取静脉血,ELISA法检测血液神经递质表达水平。结果:4组组间比较5-HT、VIP、β-EP均具有统计学意义(P〈0.05);与正常人比较,功能失调性子宫出血、消化道肿瘤及ITP患者5-HT、VIP、β-EP检测值均较下调;但ITP患者5-HT检测值较其他三组显著上调,而VIP检测值较正常人明显下调。组间两两比较,消化道肿瘤患者与正常人比较,5-HT、VIP、β-EP检测值下调明显(P〈0.05);功能失调性子宫出血患者与消化道肿瘤患者比较,VIP、β-EP检测值下调明显(P〈0.05)。ITP患者与正常人、功能失调性子宫出血患者及消化道肿瘤患者比较,5-HT、VIP检测值均下调明显(P〈0.05)。β-EP检测值比较中,ITP患者较功能失调性子宫出血患者有所下调(P〈0.05)。结论:5-HT、VIP、β-EP含量与"脾主统血"理论存在一定关联,但不同疾病间5-HT、VIP、β-EP含量改变存在差异。Objective: To figure out the biological mechanism of the theory‘spleen controlling the blood'based on the comparison on expression levels of blood neurotransmitters in different diseases. Methods: Fasting vein blood was withdrawn from the patients with ITP,DUB and digestive cancer. The samples from healthy subjects were obtained as a control group. ELISA was applied to detect the expression levels of blood neurotransmitters. Results: Statistically significant difference was found among four groups' 5-HT,VIP and β-EP(P〈 0. 05). The levels of 5-HT,VIP and β-EP in three patient groups were remarkably lower than those in the control groups. However,a higher 5-HT level and a lower VIP level were found in ITP group,in comparison with the other 3 groups. 5-HT,VIP and β-EP levelsof patients were lower than those in control group(P〈 0. 05). VIP and β-EP levelsof DUB patients were lower than those in digestive cancer group(P〈 0. 05). 5-HT and VIP levels in ITP group were lower than that those in the other 3 groups(P〈 0. 05). β-EP level in ITP group was lower than that in DUB group(P〈 0. 05). Conclusion: 5-HT,VIP and β-EP levels are related to the theory of spleen controlling blood. The changes in 5-HT,VIP and β-EP levels vary in different diseases.
