摘　　要：＂脾主五脏之气＂反映脾对机体的整体与系统调控,体现以脾为核心的整体观和系统观。整体上,＂脾主五脏之气＂在生理观、病理观、发病观与治疗观、养生观等体现脾在五脏中的核心与主导地位。系统上,从脾-心、脾-肺、脾-肝、脾-肾、脾-胃、脾-脑等系统阐释脾与脏腑的相关性及其主导地位,为＂脾主五脏之气＂提供理论依据。The theory of spleen viscera governing Qi of five Zang-organs reflects the spleen viscera on the body as a whole and system regulation,and the core of the overall concept and system view. On the whole,the physiology,pathology,pathogenesis and treatment and keeping in good health,all of these reflect the spleen in the core and dominant position in the five Zang-organs. On the system,from spleen-heart,spleen-lung,spleen-liver,spleen-kidney,spleen-stomach and spleen-brain,it provides the theoretical basis for the theory of spleen viscera governing Qi of five zang-organs.
