摘 要:本文将我国煤炭生产区域划分成晋陕蒙宁甘区、华东区、东北区、华南区和新青区五大产煤区域,调研了五大区在煤炭生产过程中各工序如采掘、运输、通风、排水、洗选及其他能耗状况,得到煤炭开采全过程能耗状况,系统分析了全国五大区煤炭开发节能现状及问题.结果表明:煤炭开采过程中的能耗分为显性能耗、源性能耗和隐性能耗3种类型,减少这3种能耗,要求煤炭开采过程中既要做到技术先进,又要做到工艺流程优选,达到全过程优化节能、全进程技术节能、全物资利用节能的目的,实现节能降耗目标.The coal production in China can be found in five major areas:Shanxi-ShaanxiNingxia-Gansu-Inner Mongolia district,Eastern China district,Northeastern China district,Southern China district and Xinjiang-Qinghai district.The energy consumption in the process of coal production such as mining,transportation,ventilation,drainage,washing and so on was investigated,and the status quo and problems of energy saving was analyzed.Research results show that the energy consumption during the coal mining process can be divided into three types,which are explicit energy consumption,source energy consumption and implicit energy consumption.Reducing these three kinds of energy consumption demands advancement in technology and optimization of production process.By energy optimization,technical energy saving and full use of materials in the whole process,the goal of energy conservation can be achieved.
