摘  要:基于权变思想,分析中国文化背景下中小企业的关系冲突应对决策机制与行为逻辑,构建感知冲突、关系权变价值、关系压力与应对行为的理论模型。实证分析发现:感知冲突负向影响企业的投资行为,正向影响企业的退出行为,关系权变价值在感知冲突与回应行为之间具有部分中介作用,关系压力负向调节关系权变价值与退出行为的关系。不仅从中国关系文化角度揭示了中小企业在关系冲突情境下的混合决策逻辑与二阶扩展决策机制,而且对中小企业的关系冲突管理具有重要指导意义。Based on the contingency theory, the paper explores the conflict response decision - making process and the behavioral logic of small and medium - sized enterprises under Chinese culture, and a research model of perceived conflict, relationship contingent value, relationship pressure and response behavior is constructed. Empirical analysis shows that perceived conflict negatively influences the investment behavior of firms while playing a positive effect on the exit behavior of the firms. Relationship contingent value plays a partially moderating role between per- ceived conflict and the response behaviors. Relationship pressure negatively moderates the rela- tionship between relationship contingent value and exit behavior. The academic value of this study lies in its reveal of the mixed decision - making logic and two - stage extended decision - making mechanism of small and medium - sized enterprises under the conflict situation from the perspective of Chinese relationship culture. These findings will offer important guidance for the relation- ship conflict management of the enterprises.
