摘  要:针对目前起重机械检验仪器种类多,携带不方便,检验效率低等不足,设计了一种基于激光跟踪技术的起重机械检测仪。该仪器采用激光跟踪技术,对检验目标进行跟踪,实时测量检验目标的三维坐标位置。通过对多个位置三维坐标的计算处理,实现对起重机械多个检验项目的检验。该仪器可完成多个起重机械检验项目,操作简单,可以有效提高起重机械的检验质量和效率。In view of many kinds of lifting mechanical inspection instruments, which are not convenient to carry and its inspection efficiency is low, a kind of lifting mechanical detector based on laser tracking technology is designed. The instrument adopts laser tracking technology to track the test target and measures the 3D coordinate position of the test target in real time. Through the calculation and processing of three-dimensional coordinates of multiple locations, the inspection of multiple inspection items of lifting machinery is realized. This instrument can complete several lift- ing mechanical inspection items and has simple operation, which can effectively improve the inspection quality and efficiency of lifting machinery.
