摘 要:为了筛选出适合盐碱地种植的马铃薯耐盐品种(系),本试验以来自不同地区的6个马铃薯品种(系)为材料,在植物组织培养条件下,用不同浓度的Na Cl模拟盐胁迫环境,通过比较盐胁迫对植株外观性状和生理特性的影响,对耐盐品(系)进行初步鉴定与筛选。结果表明:‘东农09-33069’在成活率、生根率、生根数、根长、叶片数、株高、茎粗等形态指标和叶绿素相对含量、根系活力、脯氨酸含量等生理指标上均表现优于其他5个参试品种(系),且其他5个品种(系)均在部分指标上表现出对盐胁迫的耐受性较差。因此,在6个参试品种(系)中‘东农09-33069’的盐胁迫耐受性强、稳定性高,可初步鉴定为耐盐品种(系)。The paper aims to select potato varieties(lines) suitable for planting in saline soil. The experimental materials are 6 potato varieties(lines) from different regions. Under the condition of plant tissue culture, the authors conducted preliminary identification and screening of the potato varieties(lines) with salt tolerance through comparing the effects of salt stress on the appearance and physiological characteristics of plants byusing different concentrations of Na Cl to accumulate saline environment. The results showed that: themorphological indexes such as survival rate, rooting rate, rooting number, root length, number of leaves, heightof plant, thick stem, etc. and the physiological indexes such as chlorophyll content, root vitality, proline contentetc. of‘Dongnong 09-33069'were better than those of the other 5 test varieties(lines); moreover, the other 5 varieties did not appeared well on some indicators and had a poor resistance to salt stress. Thus,‘Dongnong09-33069'has a strong resistance to stress and tolerance as well as a high stability in 6 varieties(lines), so it could be preliminarily identified as a salt-tolerant variety(line).
