摘 要:为提高HVDC孤岛运行方式下的输电能力,同时抑制次同步振荡与低频振荡,提出了一种双通道附加频率极点配置控制策略。利用改进最小二乘旋转不变辨识算法,辨识出孤岛运行方式下系统低频与次同步振荡的开环传递函数。再利用系统的根轨迹图,通过调整系统的增益,可以初步得到一些使系统稳定的闭环极点,逐渐调整闭环极点的实部,得到期望的极点,以及观测器极点,然后利用带观测器的极点配置法,得到使系统稳定的控制器传递函数。为比较极点配置控制器的效果,设计了PID控制器与其进行对比。经过电磁暂态仿真软件Pscad仿真表明:该设计的极点配置控制器同时抑制孤岛运行方式下系统的低频与次同步振荡效果良好,改变运行方式,适应性较好,鲁棒性较PID控制器好;传统的PID控制器对系统的运行方式要求比较高,改变运行方式,效果变差,鲁棒性不好。因此,设计的极点配置控制器可以实现同时抑制HVDC孤岛运行方式下发生的低频与次同步振荡,有较好的鲁棒性,有一定的工程参考意义。This paper proposes a dual channel additional frequency pole assignment control strategy to improve the transmission capacity of HVDC under islanding operation, suppressing the subsynchronous oscillation and low frequency oscillation at the same time.Using the improved TLS-ESPRIT recognition algorithm, identifies the low frequency and subsynchronous oscillation open-loop transfer function of system under islanding.Then using the root locus diagram of system, by adjusting the gain of the system, can preliminarily get some closed-loop poles that makes the system stable, and gradually adjusting the real part of the closed-loop poles, achieves the desired pole as well as the observer poles, and then using the method of pole assignment with observer, gets the controller transfer function which makes the system stable.To compare the effect of pole assignment controller with other controller, the PID controller is designed to compare with it.By electromagnetic transient simulation software PSCAD simulation shows that the effect of pole assignment controller suppressing low frequency and subsynchronous oscillation at the same time of systems under islanding operation is good, and changing the operation mode, it has good adaptability, and the robustness is better than the PID controller; The traditional PID controller requires higher operation of the system, and changing the operation mode, the effect becomes worse than before, and the robustness is bad.Thus, the pole assignment controller designed by this paper can implement to suppress the low frequency and subsynchronous oscillation of HVDC at the same time under islanding operation mode, having good robustness,which has some reference value in engineering.
