摘  要:目的探究血清瘦素及睾丸瘦素受体在高脂饮食诱导的雄性大鼠生精障碍中的作用。方法20只性成熟的雄性SD大鼠,随机分为两组,正常对照组和高脂饮食组各10只。正常对照组给予正常饲料喂养,高脂饮食组给予高脂饮食喂养,8周后观察其生精功能以及血清瘦素和睾丸瘦素受体的表达改变。结果与正常对照组比较,高脂饮食组大鼠生精功能明显受损,睾丸HE染色呈现病理性改变,睾丸重量/体重下降,血清睾酮水平降低。与此同时,与正常对照组比较,高脂饮食组大鼠血清瘦素水平明显升高,睾丸瘦素受体的表达明显升高。同时,血清睾酮和瘦素呈现明显的负性相关性。结论血清瘦素水平升高和睾丸瘦素受体表达增加可能参与了高脂饮食诱导的雄性大鼠生精功能受损。Objective To explore the effects of leptin and leptin receptors on high-fat dietinduced spermatogenesis dysfunction of male rats. Methods Twenty adult male Sprague Dawley (SD) rats were randomly divided into two groups; a control group and a high-fat diet (HFD) group. Rats in the control group were given common diet and rats in HFD group were fed HFD. Eight weeks later, the spermatogenesis and serum leptin level and leptin receptors expression in the testis were detected. Results Compared with the control group, rats in HFD group were histologically shown to have impaired spermatogenesis, decreased testis weight/body weight and decreased serum testosterone levels. Meanwhile, HFD increased the serum leptin level and leptin receptor expression in testis. Serum leptin level was negatively associated with serum testosterone level. Conclusion The increased serum leptin level and leptin receptor expression may be implicated in HFD-induced spermatogenesis impairment of male rats.
