摘　　要：目的探讨SERPINB3、β-连环蛋白（β-catenin）及血管生成因子（VEGF—C）在宫颈癌中的表达情况。方法应用量子点技术、免疫组织化学sP法，及Western印迹技术检测30例正常宫颈组织和30例宫颈癌组织中SERPINB3、β-catenin和VEGF—C的表达情况。结果正常宫颈组织中β-catenin在细胞膜阳性表达，SERPINB3表达阴性。宫颈癌组织中β-catenin主要在细胞核和／或细胞质异位表达，且呈强阳性．SERPINB3表达亦为强阳性。VEGF—C定位于细胞膜，在宫颈癌组织中阳性表达。结论研究发现SER—PINB3、Wnt／β-catenin在宫颈癌组织中异常表达，且SERPINB3可能参与了宫颈癌发生发展中的Wnt/β-catenin／VEGF—C通路的调节。Objective To investigate the expression of SERPINB3, β-catenin and angiogenesis factor （VEGF-C） in cervical cancer and their roles. Methods The expression of SERPINB3, β-catenin and VEGF-C in 30 cases of cervical cervix and 30 cases of cervical cancer were detected by quantum dot technique, immunohistochemical SP and Western blotting. Their correlation was ex- amined. Results β-catenin was positive in the cell membrane whereas SERPINB3 was negative in normal cervical tissues. In cervical cancer tissue, β-catenin was mainly found in the nuclei and/or ectopically in cytoplasm and SERPINB3 expression was positive. The expression of β-catenin increased with the elevation of CIN level, and was positively correlated with the expression of SER-PINB3. The expression of VEGF-C in cervical cancer tissues was positively correlated with the expression of β-catenin and with the expression of SERPINB3. Conclusion SERPINB3 and Wnt / β-catenin play key roles in the development and progression of cervical cancer. SERPINB3 may be involved in the regulation of Wnt / β-catenin / VEGF-C pathway in cervical cancer, but its specific mechanism needs further research.
