摘  要:采用正交试验法,对影响7075铝合金微弧氧化膜层致密性的电参数进行优化。以膜层厚度和孔隙率作为指标,以正向电压、电流密度、正占空比和脉冲频率作为因素设计,并开展了四因素三水平的正交试验。使用扫描电镜对正交试验后微弧氧化陶瓷膜层的表面形貌进行了观察;利用Image J软件对陶瓷膜层的膜层厚度及孔隙率进行测量。结果表明:影响微弧氧化陶瓷膜层厚度的电参数顺序从大到小依次为:正向电压〉电流密度〉正占空比〉脉冲频率,影响微弧氧化膜层孔隙率的电参数顺序从大到小依次为:正向电压〉电流密度〉正占空比〉脉冲频率;采用综合平衡法确定的电参数的优化结果为:正向电压550V、电流密度8 A/dm^2、正占空比20%、频率400Hz。The orthogonal test was used to optimize the electrical parameters that affect the compactness of MAO coatings on 7075 aluminum alloy. Taking the film thickness and porosity as indices, four factors and three levels of orthogonal test were designed and carded out with forward voltage, current density, positive duty cycle and pulse frequency as the factors. The surface morphology of MAO coatings after orthogonal test was observed by SEM. The thickness and porosity of the ceramic coating were measured by ImageJ software. The results show that the order of the electrical parameters influencing the thickness of MAO coatings from large to small are as follows: forward voltage, current density, positive duty cycle, pulse frequency. The order of the electrical parameters that affect the porosity of MAO film from large to small are: positive voltage, current density, positive duty cycle, pulse frequency. The optimization results of the electrical parameters determined by the integrated balance method are as follows: the forward voltage is 550 V, the current density is 8 A/dm^2, the positive duty cycle is 20% and the frequency is 400 Hz. thickness
