摘　　要：随着我国“制造强国”质量战略实施，企业越来越重视质量文化建设，建立质量文化建设测评体系，可更好地促进企业的质量文化建设工作．运用FUZZY-DEMATEL方法对质量文化建设测评指标进行汇总和筛选，得出质量文化建设关键测评指标，构建质量文化建设测评体系，为企业检测自身质量文化的建设水平提供了依据，对企业质量文化的建设工作起到很大的推动作用.With the implementation of China＇s ＂manufacturing power＂ quality strategy, en- terprises pay more and more attention to the quality cultural construction. The establishment of quality cultural construction evaluation system can promote the quality cultural construc- tion work. In this paper FUZZY-DEMATEL method is used to find the key evaluation index by summarizing and selecting the evaluation index of quality culture construction. The quality culture construction evaluation system is constructed, which provides the basis for enterprises to detect their own quality and plays an important role in promoting the construction work.
