摘　　要：针对MIS软件研究信息技术自档案管理中的应用,首先对目前档案管理中中存在的问题进行了研究,分析了MIS软件对档案管理的影响,之后通过数据库、软件开发系统及.NET作为前台应用及开发工具,对档案管理信息系统进行可开发。在整个开发过程中,系统的整体结构是从简单到深入逐步进行实现。文中所设计的基于MIS软件的档案管理信息系统的操作及功能能够有效满足用户的需求,使用人员能够通过系统快速的查阅自身所需要的内容,并且还能够查看某件事情的处理结果。结果显示:基于MIS软件的档案信息管理系统能够满足社会单位的需求,并且操作简单,提高了档案管理人员的工作效率。Aiming at the application of MIS software to study the self information technology in archivesmanagement, firstly, existing in the archives management of the problems in the research, analysis ofthe impact of MIS software on the archives management, through the database, software developmentsystem and.NET as the foreground application and development tools, the archives managementinformation system development. Throughout the development process, the overall structure of the systemis from simple to in-depth implementation. In this paper the operation and function of archivesmanagement information system based on MIS software can effectively meet the needs of users, usingpersonnel can quickly access through the system itself needs, and can also handle the results viewsomething. The results show that the file information management system based on MIS software can meetthe needs of the social units, and the operation is simple, which improves the efficiency of the filemanagement staff.
