摘　　要：党的十八届五中全会提出的"创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享"五大发展理念,不仅是"十三五"时期我国经济社会发展的指导思想,也是推动当代高校教育改革发展的根本指针和重要遵循。当前,在推进高校科学发展中,要坚持创新发展,着力探寻高校改革发展的动力问题;坚持协调发展,突出解决高校改革发展的关键问题;坚持绿色发展,加快转换高校改革发展的模式问题;坚持开放发展,不断拓宽高校改革发展的路径问题;坚持共享发展,切实解决高校改革发展的根本问题。the five development principles （ i. e. ＂innovative, balanced, green, open, shared＂ ） are not only the guide of Chinese economy and society in the 13th Five -Year period, but also the essential pointer to improve educational reform of colleges and universities. At present, in order to achieve a scientific development, we need to be creative to offer the power for the reform; we need to balance and firstly deal with key problems; we need to develop greenly to change the reform mode ; we need to develop openly to widen the approaches of the reform ; we need to share the benefits of the development to do with essential problems.
