摘　　要：目的:对浙江省健康成年汉族人群外鼻形态进行测量,为鼻缺损患者的修复提供数据参考。方法:收集290例患者颌面CT数据,三维重建后对外鼻形态进行测量,统计数据、分析。结果:除鼻深(P=0.8766)、鼻额角(P=0.6124)男女两组数据差异无统计学意义,鼻外形线性距离测量数据男性均明显大于女性,而角度测量数据女性均明显大于男性(P<0.05)。结论:浙江健康成年汉族人群外鼻形态存在性别差异,初步建立浙江健康成年汉族人群外鼻形态数据库。Objective The purpose of the research is to measure and collect the data of the external nasal shape of Han adults in Zhejiang province, and to provide morphological reference for nasal deformity repair and cosmetic surgery. Methods： Collect CBCT data of 290 adults （138 male, 152 female）, and measure the external nasal shape after three-dimensional re-construction. Results： Alar base width （P=0.8766） and nasal frontal angle （f=0.612 4） demonstrate no statistical significance between male and female. The male data in liner distance was greater than the female significantly, while opposite in nasal frontal angle （P〈0.05）. Conclusions： Han adult nose morphological of Zhejiang province were significantly different in gender. This study provides reference data for the nasal deformity reconstruction, and also provides basic data for the further regional, between the different races of nasal morphology study.
