全口义齿采用软衬材料联合义齿稳固剂的临床效果研究

摘　　要：目的:全口义齿患者下颌牙槽嵴低平伴顽固性咬合痛一直是临床医师较难解决的问题,本实验使用硅橡胶软衬材料联合义齿稳固剂缓解了全口义齿压痛,提高了患者咀嚼效率及满意度。方法:选取下颌牙槽嵴过窄而致固位不良产生压痛的42例全口患者,用吸光度法测定患者使用软衬材料联合义齿稳固剂前及使用后1个月、3个月,6个月,12个月的咀嚼效率,通过满意度调查表,了解患者对义齿的固位、稳定、咀嚼功能、舒适度情况的主观评价。结果:使用后患者的咀嚼效率明显改善,主观评价也较为理想;3个月时各项指标达高峰,12个月后指标略有下降。结论:硅橡胶软衬材料联合义齿稳固剂可明显提高此类患者义齿的固位、稳定效果,并能显著改善患者的压痛状况,提高患者的咀嚼效能、满意度,提升总义齿配戴者的生活质量。Objective It is always a difficult problem that symptoms of the patients with complete denture were low or flat mandible alveolar ridges and intractable occlusion pain. This experiment use silicone rubber soft lining material with denture stabilizer to alleviate tenderness of complete denture patients and improve the masticatory efficiency and satisfaction. Methods： 42 complete denture patients were low or flat mandible alveolar ridges to lead to retention problem and tender-ness. 42 patients with soft lining material combined with denture stabilizer were selected to use absorption spectrophotometry to determine Masticatory efficiency before and after 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 2 months through the satisfaction ques-tionnaire, patients＇subjective evaluation on retention, stability chewing function and comfort conditions were understood. Result： After using these, the patients chewing efficiency improved and subjective evaluation was ideal and each index was at peak after 3 months. 1 2 months after the index fell slightly. Conclusions： silicone rubber soft lining material combined with denture stabilizer improved the retention, stability conditions, masticatory efficiency and satisfaction and alleviated tenderness and promoted the quality of patients life.
