摘　　要：目的分析影响角膜金属异物伤预后的因素。方法对本院2015年8月至2017年1月192例(216眼)不同程度角膜金属异物伤患者采取相应的治疗方法,随访患者术后1个月的视力情况,进一步分析影响术后恢复的因素。结果角膜金属异物伤损伤程度、伤后首诊时间及角膜损伤部位均对术后一个月视力恢复有显著影响(P<0.05)。结论损伤程度、伤后首诊时间及角膜损伤部位是影响角膜金属异物伤预后的因素。角膜金属异物伤患者需及时到就近医院就诊,且加强工作中个人防护意识,减低损伤程度。Objective To analyze the influencing factors for the prognosis of the metal corneal foreign body injury. Methods A total of 192 patients（216 eyes） with different degrees of corneal metal foreign body injury from August 2015 to January 2017 were given the appropriate method of fetal treatment. The patients were followed up for one month after visual acuity to further analyze the factors that affected postoperative recovery. Results The degree of injury, post-injury treatment time and corneal injury site had a significant impact on visual recovery after a month of corneal metal foreign body injury. Conclusion The degree of injury, post-injury treatment time and corneal injury site are the influencing factors for the prognosis of metal corneal foreign body injury. Patients with corneal foreign body injury should go to the nearest hospital to receive in-time treatment and strengthen personal awareness to reduce the degree of injury.
