摘　　要：运用内容分析法构建了社会创业者职业成熟度语义网络,并利用探索性因子分析法对量表进行了验证,进一步分析了社会创业者职业成熟度状况及其影响因素,回归模型检验创业机遇在职业成熟度影响社会创业决策中的作用。结果表明:社会创业者职业成熟度由职业目标、职业自信、职业价值、职业自主、职业支持、职业示范共6个维度23个测项构成;职业成熟度在独生子女状况上存在显著差异;相比较而言,高职业成熟度较多分布于男性、研究生、医学类专业、高收入家庭、城市生源以及研究生父母亲,在创业决策中倾向于化工、环境、材料领域,具有公益辐射的受益群体定位以及组合公益营销方式;职业成熟度对社会创业决策存在显著影响,创业机遇在其中发挥显著作用。Content analysis was used on the construction of semantic nets for career maturity of social entrepreneurs, then the empirical analysis was carried out to make exploratory verification for the scale. Next, the status of entrepreneur career maturity and its influeneing factors were discussed,and the regression model was used to examine the role of entrepreneurial opportunities when the career maturity affects the social entrepreneurial decision. The results show that career maturity of social entrepreneurs is made up of 6 dimensions （ineluding 23 test items） ： career goal, career self - confidence, career value, career autonomy, career support and career demonstration;career maturity of the only child are quite different;by contrast, high career maturity is distributed in man, post graduates, medical professionals, high - income families, urban students, graduate father and mother, and they tend to chemical, environmental, material field, possessing the location of benefit goup with public welfare radiation and the combined marketing ways of pubfic welfare ; career maturity has significant effect on social entrepreneurial decisions ,while entrepreneurial opportunity plays important part in this process.
