卡波姆治疗头颈部肿瘤患者放射性口腔黏膜炎的疗效及安全性

摘　　要：目的:评价卡波姆治疗头颈部肿瘤患者放射性口腔黏膜炎的疗效及安全性。方法:以生理盐水为对照,用目测划线法(VAS)记录每次三餐时的疼痛强度,同时记录放疗前后的体重减轻程度、口腔酸碱度及口腔黏膜炎分级。结果:口腔黏膜炎卡波姆组早、中、晚餐时疼痛VAS评分差值(相对于基线)分别为(0.67±1.11)分、(0.69±1.12)分、(0.74±1.14)分,生理盐水组分别为(-0.31±1.20)分、(-0.32±1.15)分、(-0.31±1.23)分(P<0.000 1)。卡波姆组用药前后体重减轻程度为(1.24±2.17)kg,生理盐水组为(2.09±2.35)kg(P=0.004 4)。卡波姆组口腔酸碱度用药前后差值为-0.21±0.64,生理盐水组为-0.28±0.56(P=0.342 9)。卡波姆组口腔黏膜炎分级用药前后差值为1.09±0.85,生理盐水组为0.22±1.13(P=0.000 0)。结论:卡波姆可以减轻放射性口腔黏膜炎的疼痛及分级,减轻放疗期间体重下降,治疗放射性口腔黏膜炎安全有效。Objective：To evaluate the efficacy and safety of carbomer treatment oral mucositis caused by radiotherapy with head and neck cancer patients.Methods：With physiological saline as control,using the visual marking method（VAS） recorded pain intensity of three meals,at the same time recorded the degree of weight loss before and after radiotherapy,oral acidity and inflammation of the oral mucosa.Results：The VAS of breakfast,lunch and dinner carbomer group were 0.67±1.11,0.69±1.12,0.74±1.14,normal saline group were respectively -0.31±1.20,-0.32±1.15,-0.31±1.23（P〈0.000 1）.Carbomer group before and after weight loss degree was （1.24±2.17） kg,normal saline group was （2.09±2.35） kg（P=0.004 4）.Carbomer group difference before and after oral pH value is-0.21±0.64,normal saline group was -0.28±0.56（P= 0.342 9）.Carbomer group before and after oral mucositis classification difference was 1.09±0.85,normal saline group was 0.22±1.13（P=0.000 0）.Conclusion：Carbomer can relieve pain and classification of inflammation of radioactive oral cavity mucous membrane,reduce weight loss during radiation therapy.Carbomer was safe and effective in the treatment oforal cavity mucous.
