摘　　要：目的对地西他滨联合阿糖胞苷+阿克拉霉素+粒细胞集落刺激因子(cytarabine+aclarubicin+granulocyte colony-stimulating factor,CAG)方案治疗老年急性髓系白血病(Acute myeloid leukemia,AML)的临床效果进行系统评价。方法通过检索CNKI、CBM disc、WANFANG DATA、VIP及Pubmed数据库,收集地西他滨联合CAG方案治疗老年AML的随机对照试验(randomized controlled trial,RCT),采用Rev Man 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳入文献8篇,老年AML患者531例。Meta分析结果显示,与仅采用CAG方案的治疗效果比较,地西他滨联合CAG方案可显著提高老年AML患者的完全缓解率(complete remission rate,CR)及总有效率(the total effevtive rate),但是对部分缓解率(partial response rate,PR)无统计学差异。结论地西他滨联合CAG方案治疗老年AML的疗效确切。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of decitabine in combination with cytarabine ＋aclarubicin ＋granulocyte colony-stimulating factor（CAG） in the treatment of senile acute myeloid leukemia（AML） systematically. Methods Randomized controlled trial（RCT） of decitabine combined with CAG regimen in senile AML patients was performed by searching CNKI,CBM disc,WANFANG DATA,VIP and Pubmed databases. Meta-analysis was performed using Rev Man5.3 software. Results A total of 8 articles were included,and there were 531 elderly patients with AML. Meta-analysis showed that decitabine combined with CAG significantly increased the complete remission rate（CR） and the total effevtive rate of senile AML compared with CAG-only regimens,but there was no significant difference in partial response rate（PR） between the two treatment programs. Conclusion Decitabine combined with CAG regimen is effective in treating elderly AML.
