银杏叶提取物治疗非动脉炎性前部缺血性视神经病变的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的研讨银杏叶提取物治疗非动脉炎性前部缺血性视神经病变的治疗效果。方法选择我院2014年1月~2016年1月收治的非动脉炎性前部缺血性视神经病变患者100例,根据数字法随机将100例患者分为两组,分别予以不同方式治疗,采用丹参液治疗的50例(51眼)分为对照组,采用银杏叶提取物治疗的50例(52眼)分为研究组,比较两组临床效果。结果研究组治疗后视力与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而对照组视力较治疗前差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组治疗后视野有所提高,但较治疗前差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而对照组有不明显降低,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组有效率与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论银杏叶提取物治疗非动脉炎性前部缺血性视神经病变可使疗效得到显著提升,促进患者视力改善,值得推广。Objective To study the therapeutic effect of ginkgo biloba extract in the treatment of non-arteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy. Methods 100 cases of non-arteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy were selected. The patients were admitted to our hospital from January 2014 to January 2016. According to the digital method, 100 patients were randomly divided into two groups, and were given different treatment. 50 cases（51 eyes） who were treated with salvia miltiorrhiza were divided into control group, and 50 cases（52 eyes） who were treated with ginkgo biloba extract were divided into study group. The clinical effects were compared between the two groups. Results The visual acuity in the study group after treatment was statistically significantly different from that before treatment（P〈0.05）, but there was no statistically significant difference in visual acuity in the control group compared with that before the treatment（P〉0.05）; the visual field in the study group after treatment was improved, but the difference was not statistically sig nificant compared with that before treatment（ P〉0.05）. The visual field was not significantly reduced in the control group, and the difference was not statistically significant（P〉0.05）; the effective rate in the study group was statistically significant compared with that in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Ginkgo biloba extract in the treatment of nonarteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy can significantly improve the therapeutic effect, and improve the visual acuity of patients, which is worthy of promotion.
