建立声带息肉患者术后嗓音康复护理的循证实践

摘　　要：目的以护理循证为基础,建立声带息肉患者术后嗓音康复护理方案。方法以中文检索关键词"声带息肉,嗓音康复,循证护理",英文检索关键词"Vocal Cord Polyp,Voice rehabilitation,EBN"检索CINAH L数据库、PubMed Central(PMC)文献馆和中国期刊全文数据库近5年文献,归纳整合出最佳的文献证据;并参考临床实践指南、专家意见和患者需要,设计研究方案。对主要的效果评价工具进行评定研究。结果建立了以循证为基础的声带息肉患者术后嗓音康复护理模式,以及具有良好信效度的评价指标。结论基于循证基础的护理实践是以科学实证作为依据,结合患者的需求,能有效促进患者术后嗓音恢复。Objective On the basis of the evidence-based nursing,the voice rehabilitation nursing program forthe patients with vocal polyps after operation was established. Methods In Chinese,the keyword ＂vocal cord polyp,voice rehabilitation, evidence-based nursing＂, Search key words in English ＂Vocal Cord Polyp, Voice rehabilitation, EBN＂Retrieval of related database CINAHL database,PubMed Central （PMC）literature museum and Chinese journal fulltext database for nearly 5 years, The best documentary evidence is summarized and integrated,and the research plan isdesigned with reference to clinical practice guide,expert opinion and patient needs. Evaluation of the main effectevaluation tools. Results An evidence-based nursing model for vocal cord polyps after operation was established,andthe evaluation indexes with reliability and validity were also established. Conclusion Evidence-based nursing practiceis based on scientific evidence, combined with the needs of the patient,and can promote the recovery of the voice afterthe patient＇s operation.
